Blue Velvet with Teal Sparkles Shedless #356

This beautiful dark blue velvet shimmers with teal sparkles and is 90% Polyester/10% Spandex, 56/58″ wide, and 420 grams/yard.  The sparkles are embedded in the material so it does not shed sparkles. All of our velvets are 4 way stretch.
